About the researcher
Having completed a BSc in Psychology, I have been studying for an MSc in Occupational Psychology since September 2016. Now, nearing the end of this, I am conducting research that is required for completion of the course. I am very excited about this research study due to it utilising new technology while also investigating a yet un-researched underlying mechanism of individual resilience's association with work behaviour and well-being.
